2. Custom Orders

All jewelry is custom-made to your specifications. Once you approve a design and production begins, changes cannot be made. You are responsible for providing accurate specifications including size, material, and design details.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. You may choose to pay in CAD (Canadian Dollar) where available — the CAD amount is converted at our exchange rate shown at checkout and is locked to your order once placed. Custom orders require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due before shipping. We accept PayPal, credit card, and bank transfer.

4. Production Timeline

Custom pieces typically take 2-3 weeks to craft (up to 4 weeks for highly complex designs) depending on complexity. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on design intricacy and material availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of LGDPRO and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LGDPRO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to their country. LGDPRO is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing such resolution, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
