Custom & Bespoke Orders

Please note: All LGDPRO pieces are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 48 hours, production will have commenced and cancellation is no longer possible.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 business days of delivery with photo evidence. We will repair or remake the piece at no additional cost.

Production Guarantee

Every LGDPRO piece comes with a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. If your piece develops structural issues due to manufacturing defects, we will repair it free of charge.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
